Train a global workforce
One of the key benefits of distance learning is its ability to provide consistency for learners. A well-designed course can be replicated as many times as needed, and will always be of the same high quality.
A maintenance engineer working for an airline in Johannesburg shares many of the same problems as the supervisor of a warehouse in Warsaw. Many companies have key people holding down important jobs around the country and across the world without the support of a local HR team to call on. The pressures on these people are greater than most, and yet because of their isolation from the central HR function, their training and development needs are often neglected.
Wolsey Hall was asked by British Airways to design and deliver a first line management development programme for its staff. The programme was completed successfully by more than 2000 BA staff across the globe including cabin crew, ticketing staff, engineering staff and baggage handlers with regional groups based in Australia, France, Germany, India, South Africa and North and South America.
A similar programme was also designed and implemented for the Civil Aviation Authority which was completed by over 600 staff across the UK.
If you want to find out how Wolsey Hall can help you develop effective learning solutions for a distributed workforce either nationally or globally, please contact us to discuss your needs further.
